On April 11, a citizen workshop focused on raising awareness about coastal management was held in Sainte-Marie-la-Mer. The session, organized by AURCA and EnHaut, brought together a group of participants strongly engaged with the local area, in a day dedicated to exchanging experiences and ideas.
Throughout the morning, participants shared their views on the coastline through constructive contributions, reflecting a strong connection to the coastal environment, whether through family ties, sports and leisure activities, or historical and environmental interests.
The contributions collected will help shape and advance the next phases of the project, as well as support the creation of an exhibition combining testimonies and photographs, aimed at highlighting these perspectives and fostering exchange spaces between coastal managers.
The project will replicate this workshop in Calafell in the coming weeks, another pilot site of this initiative.
